Anthem and Inspirada are more likely to have an upstairs system that falls behind, a garage or attic air handler, and an HOA that cares where the new condenser sits. We do not treat them like a Green Valley ranch from 1998.
Gas heat, heat pumps, and two systems
Some Henderson homes are gas furnace plus air conditioning. Others are heat pumps with electric backup. If only one of two systems failed, we price that system. The other one is a separate decision.
