Same-Evening No-Cool Call
Sunny’s AC quit in the evening. Dave came out the same evening, replaced the motor and capacitor, and the house cooled back down.
That call is the shape of a lot of no-cool nights in this valley. The outdoor fan or the blower stops, the capacitor is swollen, and the rest of the system is still worth saving. It is not dramatic, and it should not turn into a replacement proposal because the house is hot and the clock is late.
Whether we can get there depends on the schedule. When we can, we do. When we cannot, we say so on the phone.
