Mini Split Installation

Inspirada and a lot of two-story valley plans have one room, often over the garage, that the builder never really fed. A bigger central condenser on the same starved duct does not fix that room. A ductless head in that room sometimes does. We decide that after we see the duct.

- A room over the garage that never catches up
- An addition with no duct to it
- A casita or guest house on its own
- A garage office that needs its own cooling
